Our client, working in the Business Services Sector is looking for a part-time Accounts Clerk to join their growing, dynamic team.
Assist in weekly bank deposits
Help in Issuing of Sales invoices and send to clients
Post supplier purchases invoices in the system
Creditors reconciliations & allocations
Scan and file certain documentation where needed
Any other tasks requested by the HOD
Minimum of 1 year experience in an accounts department so as a front office clerk
Organised and able to take initiative when required
Able to work in a group and correspond with other departments
Proficient with Microsoft Office
All candidates MUST be eligible to work in the EU
