Job Description

The Client
Our client is looking for a Client Care Specialist to join their Customer Care team.

Main Duties
Handle incoming client calls
Responsible for digital media, such as Facebook pages, messenger and live chat
Handle the processing of documentation
Outbound calls to upsell service plans/servicing and generating follow-ups on sales quotes
Assist HR by taking calls from employees on sick leave

Requirements
Possess at least 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing position
MCAST Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (MQF Level 4) is considered an asset
Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Maltese
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
A technical background shall be considered an asset

All candidates MUST be eligible to work in the EU
