Job Description

Our client is a leading company in Financial Services. They are currently looking for a Compliance Clerk to join their team as soon as possible. The ideal candidate would have to perform business administration duties.

Your responsibilities would include:

– Performing administrative duties via telephone, correspondence and email
– Maintaining the database
– Answering and forwarding phone calls
– Handling and managing ad-hoc projects when requested by the management
– Sorting, scanning, distributing and filing
– Supporting the compliance managers in the process of checking documents

The ideal candidate needs:

– Native English level
– Minimum A level of Education
– At least one-year experience in administration
– Excellent telephone communication skills and great administrative skills
– Ability to work as part of a team
– To be computer literate
