Job Description

The Client
Our client, a local Financial Services provider catering for international clients, is looking for a Corporate Administrator to join their team.

Main Duties
Assist Management with administration tasks related to fund management as well as handling corporate duties
Report to the Managing Director and be responsible for assisting the Chief Investment Officer as well as the Compliance Officer
Attend board meetings and taking down minutes
Issue invoices for payment for company’s services when they fall due
Make sure payments of invoices and license fees are paid on time
Liaise with outsourced Accounts Team and Auditors on administrative matters
Open and closing of bank accounts/liaising with Banks regarding authorized signatories
Maintain files in order
Renew Directors’ and Officers’ insurance
File documentation at the MFSA and/or Registry of Companies when required
Answer general queries from clients, service providers, fund managers

Requirements
Experience within the finance or fund industry
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Fluency in English, Maltese would be considered an asset
Motivated and ambitious individual, who wish to develop his career further within the finance sector

Candidate must be eligible to work in EU
