Full-Time Customer Service Agent (German Speaking)

On behalf of our client, a successful iGaming company, we are looking for a CS Agent (German Speaking) to start ASAP.
– Answer customers’ queries via email and live chat
– Resolve issues by ensuring excellent quality service
– Process pay-outs and investigate bonus abuse, anti-fraud and risk management
– Create and coordinate bonus campaigns
– Improve internal processes to optimize quality and productivity
– Report to direct manager
– Other duties
– Fluency German and an additional Nordic language is a plus
– Fluency in English
– Previous experience in Customer Service preferably in iGaming
