The Client
Our client, a leading Banking company in Malta, is looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their team.

Main Duties
Ensuring that calls and emails received from clients are answered and followed up by the team in a timely and appropriate manner
Keeping the team informed on new products offered by the Bank, changes to the front-end or back-end system, and updates in the legislation or regulation which directly affects the customer’s experience
Monitoring the performance of the team and of the business by compiling statistics and preparing reports and indicators
Making sure new products and procedures are properly documented and followed by all members of the team
Working in conjunction with the marketing team to propose and implement commercial and marketing initiatives aimed at penetrating the Belgian market for online trading and financial advice, and at retaining and cross selling to existing customers
Participating in new projects by representing the customer service perspective and contributing to the development of best practices and procedures, including testing of new systems.
