Full-Time German Customer Care Representative

Our client is a leading Gaming company here in Malta. Currently they are seeking for German Speaking Candidates to expand their diverse workforce.
– Handling customer inquires, requests and complaints via email, phone and live chat.
– Provide solutions to customers, addressing their issues and requests
– Work as part of a dynamic team of professionals
– Liaise with other departments across the business and report market activities
– Assist the fraud department with fraud checks and processes
– Be pro-active in proposing improvements and informing management on recurring customer issues
Qualifications & Experience
– Native or fluent in German language
– Proven experience within a multilingual customer service environment
– Customer service focused
– Excellent communication skills both written and oral
– Computing skills, especially in web-based applications
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
– Flexible and a team player
– Must be able and willing to work shifts, including weekends
– Willingness to relocate to Malta we will support your relocation….
