We are seeking to recruit a KYC Administrator to join a very well established corporate services provider in Malta. The KYC Administrator will form part of the KYC Unit within the Corporate Administration department and will be responsible for handling international clients operating in a range of industries.
Our client is a management services company that has been set up to offer its clients ‘hands on’ assistance in their day to day needs. Our client also offers services such as accountancy, recruitment, IT consultancy, data protection and property management amongst others.
Some of the duties include but are not limited to:
handling the implementation of in-house client acceptance requirements
Client re-evaluation in line with our quality and risk management policies
liaising with relevant departments to address, advice and gather the right information on queries to company with AML/CFT procedures
updating of records, including the upkeeping of physical files and electronic systems
assisting in the implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures
Knowledge and Experience:
A’ level standard of education is required
Excellent communication skills in English
The ability to meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills
A basic understanding of quality, compliance and Risk Management principles is required
Experience in a similar role would be considered an asset
The salary on offer ranges from 17-23K depending on the candidates experience.
