Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Office Administrator. The chosen candidate will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently around the Group. Receptionist duties are included. The position calls for someone who is highly motivated and committed whilst being able to work within a team as well as independently.

Our client is a well-established and long standing company, some of its services include Corporate Services, Trustee & Fiduciary Services; Licensing & Regulatory Consultancy; Ship & Yacht Registration; Accounting, Payroll & Tax Administration; Credit Management; Relocation & Real Estate Services and Personnel Recruitment.

The Office Administrator will be reporting to the Chief of Operations.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

assisting with maintaining the various office facilities and equipment
assisting the front office/reception with their daily duties and responsibilities which would include greeting clients, answering of phones, managing meetings and other similar tasks
providing general support to the various business units
coordinating staff training and maintaining the required logs
manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management

Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Familiarity with office management procedures
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Qualifications in secretarial studies and/or administration will be preferred
