Job Description

The Client
Our client, a leader in the Hospitality industry is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join their team.

Main Duties
Assist the General Manager in the monitoring of the day to day overall operation and to take corrective action when and where necessary
Ensure that the quality and service standards are effectively implemented and regularly revised
Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by providing quality guest services and amenities
Participates and co-ordinates in the preparation of the annual budgets and capital requirements and ensures their implementation
Ensures that all units perform within the established cost levels
Serve as a point of reference at all times
Ensure that the quality standards are properly communicated, implemented and practised and also updated when necessary
Assist in monitoring present and future trends, practices and systems in the hospitality industry
Determine and ensure execution of competitive programmes as directed
Ensure that staff are continuously aware, and trained towards a commitment to customer satisfaction

Experience in the FMCG and/or the hotel industry
Experience in management, operations, and leadership
Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
Excellent communication skills
