Our client is looking for a Receptionist to provide excellent service and customer approach to all external as well as internal customers both to people who call in as well as to those who visit our offices.
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
– O level or A level standard of education
– Highly computer proficient
– Must have previous experience of working in a dynamic environment
– Be fluent in both written and spoken English
– A mature personality and professional mind-set
– Time Management and organisational skills
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
– Excellent customer care, telephone handling skills, and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work as part of a team
– Initiative and ability to work with least supervision
