An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional Sales Director to join an online gaming platform. The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the existing business function of the assigned territory/area and will be accountable for driving new sales prospects as well as a sustainable long-term profitable growth in line with the company’s strategic directions. The Regional Sales Director will have the opportunity to manage a team of 4-10 Sales Managers / Account Managers.
Our client provides clients with a tailored solution that would combine the best functions of several other game suppliers available on the market.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Being holistically responsible for meeting or exceeding the agreed targets, goals and objectives as aligned to the company’s strategic plan.
Continuously measuring the performance of the Accounts and Sales / Account Management personnel in charge of, and taking immediate action as necessary to rectify deviations to agreed targets, goals and objectives.
Continuously refining and improving routines and processes to maximize the Sales / Account Management function quality of work, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Visiting key potential and existing customers together with the Sales / Account Managers in charge of building own strong customer relations with key customer stakeholders, and ensuring that the company has the correct contact interfaces.
Participating in major exhibitions, conferences, seminars etc.
Being fully responsible for the P/L of the Sales / Account Management Team.
Managing general administrative tasks for the function such as but not limited to – budget process, salary settings, incentive plans, hiring of new employees, dismissal of non-performing personnel, and continuous MAP reviews.
Cross-border alignments with relevant stakeholders to secure transparency and clear communication for operational and commercial matters.
Supporting the CEO of the company as appropriate with tactical and strategic tasks, such as but not limited to annual budget preparation, continuous performance monitoring, reporting, presenting at All-Hands meetings etc.
Making sure that the Sales / Account Management personnel in charge of understand and follow the company’s core values, business ethics, and all other relevant policies.
People management experience, including hiring in high growth environment and managing under performance is a must.
Proven capabilities to build strong and profitable client relationships at CxO level
Ability to understand technology on an aggregated level and complex solution selling techniques
Strong business acumen and ability to synthesize complex & conflicting data streams to optimize decision-making process
Experience working in an international & multicultural organization

2-4 years of international Account Management and/or Sales experience is a must
