Full-Time Sales Trainer

Our client is a leading company selling financial services. They are currently looking for a Sales Trainer to be responsible of delivering training courses.
As a Sales Trainer, your responsibilities would be:
– Prepare new sales agents by training and coaching them
– Identify training needs and provide assistance to the team
– Conduct staff motivation interventions
– Maximize the effectiveness of sales agents
– Support the sales team when needed
The requirements are:
– 2 years experience in sales preferably in a call center or similar environment
– Excellent communication skills
– Native/Fluent in English is mandatory
