A new opportunity has arisen for a Retention & Development Executive to join a dynamic team in a successful company here in Malta.

The Retention and Development Executive will be reporting to the General Manager. Duties shall include but are not limited to: Retaining and also developing assigned Small/Medium Enterprise Accounts by establishing a solid business relationship with internal and external stakeholders; Ensuring that targets are met by working as part of a team in order to maximize sales activity for Business services; Building and maintaining an excellent business relationship with handled customers; Ensuring a satisfactory service to new and existing customers by keeping accurate records of customers via provided tools; Promoting the whole product portfolio and highlighting improvement opportunities in all areas.
This role requires a high degree of flexibility together with the ability to develop a network of key contacts in order to optimize the business rapport.This position calls for a customer obsessed individual who is a team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to converse with people at all levels. Applicants must be computer literate with knowledge in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Applicants must have a high level of negotiation and understand the key drivers within the telecommunications industry. Fluency in both Maltese and English is a must for this role. Experience in a sales environment will be considered an asset.
An attractive remuneration package of 16k per annum will be offered to the right candidate.
