Full-Time Transport Administration Clerk

Job Description

Our client, a leading provider in Transport & Logistics, is looking for a Transport Administration Clerk to assist the team in their general administrative activities. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of accounts and possess excellent computer and communication skills.

Responsibilities

– General Administration
– Accounts duties such as invoices and documents reconciliation
– Daily communication with drivers
– Liaise with local suppliers
– Assist in insurance duties
– Data input
– Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

– O’Level Standard of Education (A level would be an advantage)
– ECDL
– Fluency in Maltese, English and Italian
– Previous experience in an administrative role
– Organised detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
– Good customer service skills
– Ability to work on own initiative
– Previous experience in a similar working environment is an advantage but not mandatory
