Our client is an established Insurance and Investment Company firm who are currently recruiting for a Client Service Officer to join their team in Malta.
Troubleshooting user issues using a variety of support tools including remote administration on workstations, laptops and virtual desktops
Following defined processes in terms of incident logging and ticketing ensuring tasks are completed and resolved within agreed service levels
Managing system backups and data recovery operations
Provide feedback for continuous improvement of the incident tracking process
Provide regular status updates to the IT Technical & Support Manager
Proven hands-on experience in specifying and troubleshooting user and customer IT issues – 1 year in a similar role
Diploma level or equivalent in IT related subjects required as a minimum
Knowledge of Windows Operating systems, including Active Directory, Networking and TCP/IP and user administration
Knowledge of VMware vCentre Management and Linux Server Management are considered as an asset
Good communication skills in English and willing to work a two shift rota
